The firm operates corporate accelerator programs, provides business development and training, and makes direct venture capital investments through its subsidiary, 01Booster Capital. In March 2022, the company transitioned to a holding company structure with the establishment of 01Booster Holdings, Inc., which oversees both 01Booster, Inc. and the investment arm 01Booster Capital, Inc. 01Booster Capital launched its first fund in 2022 to invest in domestic and international startups.
