Inicio Ventures is an early-stage impact investment fund and ecosystem builder focused on bridging the US Latinx wealth gap by increasing the community's participation and success in the startup ecosystem. An initiative of Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP), the firm invests in US-based Latinx founders across various markets and industries. In addition to direct investment through funds like the "Generation 1 Fund", Inicio Ventures runs programs to develop talent, including a Venture Fellows program and an annual publication called "100 Rising Latinx Founders to Watch".
