Founded in 2017, Abac Nest focuses on pre-seed and seed stage investments in Spain, with a particular emphasis on B2B SaaS solutions. Investment sizes typically range from €50k to €500k. The parent firm, Abac Capital, was founded in 2014 and focuses on the Spanish mid-market, making larger private equity investments of €15m-€60m in more established companies. The combined firm has over €600 million in Assets Under Management (AUM).
