Alsea is a Mexican multi-brand restaurant operator with a portfolio that includes fast-food, casual dining, and cafeteria chains. The company operates franchised outlets for global brands such as Starbucks, Burger King, Domino's Pizza, P.F. Chang's, and The Cheesecake Factory, in addition to its own proprietary brands. It has operations in Mexico, South America, and Europe. While its primary business is restaurant operation, Alsea also makes strategic investments in other companies, such as its participation in the Series B funding for restaurant technology company Brightloom.
