Altmore Capital is a US-based alternative fund manager investing in real estate and private debt asset classes. The real estate arm of the firm focuses on opportunities in medical/healthcare properties leased to cannabis businesses across the US and specializes in investments in real estate senior debt, as well as the management of private real estate funds. The private debt arm of the firm seeks to add value to its portfolio companies through private debt strategies. Altmore primarily lends capital on a senior-secured basis to licensed U.S. cannabis operators.
