Amplitude Ventures is a full-stack Canadian venture capital firm that creates, builds, and grows precision medicine companies. It focuses on investing in platform companies at the intersection of biology and artificial intelligence, including innovations in targeted and cellular therapy, next-generation imaging, and intelligent medical devices. The firm was spun out of the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and is led by the former healthcare investing team from BDC Capital. Amplitude often acts as a co-founder and lead or co-lead investor, supporting companies from ideation to IPO.
