Overview
ARGES Private Equity is a South Korean private equity fund (PEF) manager founded in 2021. The firm invests in companies and people who will make a better world and has engaged in buyout transactions. It raised its first blind-pool fund of 150 billion KRW in 2022 and is actively raising its second fund, which had a first closing of 220 billion KRW in early 2024. Its investment portfolio includes companies in the technology and semiconductor sectors, such as Sonatus and Apect.
