ATON

ATON is one of Russia's oldest independent investment groups, founded in 1991. The firm provides a wide range of financial services, including wealth management, brokerage services, asset management, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions advisory. It caters to private, corporate, and institutional investors. The group structure includes the broker 'Aton', the management company 'Aton-Management', and an insurance company. ATON was one of the co-founders of the Moscow Stock Exchange. In 2008, the group established a direct investment fund under Aton Capital Partners.
