Banque des Territoires

Banque des Territoires is one of the five business lines of Caisse des Dépôts, created in 2018. It provides tailored consulting and financing solutions (loans and equity investments) to support local actors in developing and implementing their public interest projects. It targets local authorities, social housing organizations, local public companies, legal professions, businesses, and financial players, with a focus on making territories more sustainable, connected, inclusive, and attractive. As an investor, it acts as a minority co-investor in projects related to economic development, social cohesion, and ecological transition.
