Bay Grove is a principal investment firm and owner-operator with a strategy to build platform companies for long-term horizons, measured in decades. Founded in 2007, the firm primarily invests in and builds long-term platform investments by partnering with strong management teams. Since 2008, Bay Grove has focused on building its primary platform company, Lineage Logistics, into the world's largest temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics company. The firm seeks equity investments between $5 million and $100 million and does not invest in venture capital opportunities. It invests on behalf of a select group of family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
