Bureau de Développement Économique Adour

Bureau de Développement Économique Adour is a non-profit association founded in 1973 that contributes to the economic development of the Adour territory in France, covering the Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Hautes-Pyrénées departments. It supports local industrial or artisanal small and medium-sized enterprises through financing such as interest-free repayable advances and loans of honor. The association manages a historical fund of approximately €15 million, originally endowed by the Elf Aquitaine group.
