Bluegrass Angels

Bluegrass Angels is a volunteer-led angel investment group founded in 2004 and based in Lexington, Kentucky. The group funds and mentors innovative, high-tech startups primarily within Kentucky, with the goals of creating jobs, fostering entrepreneurship, and achieving financial returns. Since its inception, the group has invested over $20 million in more than 50 companies. Its investment portfolio is broad, covering sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, biotech, fintech, media, and IT. The organization also manages specific venture funds, such as the Bluegrass Angel Venture Fund series.
