Bonnier Capital is the investment division of the Bonnier Group, a Swedish family-owned conglomerate with interests in media, publishing, and real estate. Founded in 2016, it invests in promising companies in structurally growing industries, acting as a long-term growth partner. It operates without the limitations of a traditional fund structure, allowing for flexible, long-term investments without a set exit horizon. The firm was known as Bonnier Ventures until May 2023, when it was renamed to reflect a broader investment focus.
