Callahan Capital Partners ("CCP") is a real estate private equity firm focused on the acquisition and management of high-quality office properties throughout the United States. The firm is led by Tim Callahan, the former CEO of Trizec Properties and Equity Office Properties. CCP often works in joint ventures with institutional partners, such as a long-standing partnership with Ivanhoé Cambridge.
