Cancer Research Horizons is the innovation arm of Cancer Research UK, the world's largest charitable funder of cancer research. It acts as a venture philanthropy fund focused on bridging the gap between academic research and commercialization by investing in early-stage oncology opportunities. It supports the creation of spin-out companies, provides seed funding, and facilitates partnerships to develop new cancer treatments, diagnostics, and medical devices. All financial returns are reinvested into the fund and into further cancer research.
