The firm invests its own capital alongside a group of private angel investors and is heavily involved in its portfolio companies' marketing, sales, operations, technology, finance, and legal matters. The "C" stands for Capital and the "F" for Finance. The firm also provides services including venture capital investment, acquisition analysis, and business development.
