Catalytic Impact Foundation (CIF) is a mission-driven, 501(c)(3) non-profit venture capital firm that aggregates and invests philanthropic capital into early-stage life sciences and healthcare companies. It aims to accelerate innovations that address unmet medical needs, particularly in underfunded areas such as women's health, brain health, children's health, rare diseases, and aging. The foundation employs an evergreen fund model it terms "regenerative philanthropy," where returns from investments are reinvested into the fund to support new companies. CIF operates with the discipline of traditional venture capital, making equity investments in pre-seed, seed, and Series A stage companies across North America, Europe, and Israel.
