Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF) is a national non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota . Founded in 1988, CRF has provided more than $3.6 billion in loans and investments to support communities across the country through small business growth, affordable housing development, and expanded access to critical community facilities such as healthcare clinics, schools and childcare centers .
