Companisto

Companisto is a German equity crowdfunding platform and investment network founded in June 2012. It connects startups and growth companies with a network of private investors and business angels, enabling them to participate in venture capital financing. The platform, which operates as a fintech company, is a market leader in the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). It allows investors to acquire actual shares in companies and also features a secondary market for trading investments. As of 2024, over 177,000 investors have committed more than €301 million across 432 financing rounds through the platform.
