Overview
CureDuchenne Ventures, LLC is the investment arm of CureDuchenne, a national nonprofit dedicated to curing Duchenne muscular dystrophy, the most common and lethal form of muscular dystrophy . CureDuchenne Ventures supports Duchenne research by using philanthropic donations to encourage development of new Duchenne drugs and provides both grant funding to academic groups, as well as equity financing to biotech and pharmaceutical companies .
