Delft Enterprises is the venture capital firm of the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), founded in 2008. It participates in innovative, early-stage, and technology-based spin-off companies originating from the university. The firm's mission is to translate scientific knowledge into economic and social value, with a particular focus on deep tech innovations that can address major societal challenges. It provides direct investment, advice, and access to a broad network of investors and experts. Delft Enterprises invests across sectors like Energy & Resources, Health, High Tech Systems, and Software. In addition to direct investments in startups, the firm also acts as a Limited Partner (LP) by investing in other venture capital funds.
