Daiwa House Ventures

Daiwa House Ventures is the corporate venture capital (CVC) subsidiary of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., a major Japanese construction and real estate development company. It was established to challenge and solve medium- to long-term social issues together with startup companies. Daiwa House Ventures operates the "Daiwa House Group Investment Limited Partnership," also known as the “Future Dreams” Fund, which began full-scale operations on March 1, 2024. This is a long-term general fund with a total size of 30 billion JPY and an operational period extending to 2055. The fund structure includes sub-funds, such as the 5 billion JPY "Synergy Fund" and the 5 billion JPY "Growth Fund," to invest in a wide range of industries and support co-creation with the Daiwa House Group. The fund also makes LP investments in external venture capital funds.
