Encina Capital Partners is a specialty finance company that provides lending and leasing solutions to middle-market companies in the U.S. and Canada. After selling two of its platforms in 2021, the firm's current focus is on its two remaining platforms: Encina Private Credit, which provides enterprise value loans from $10M to $50M, and Encina Lender Finance, which provides credit facilities from $50M to $150M to other specialty finance companies. Since 2016, Encina has provided over $3 billion in aggregate commitments to more than 150 customers.
