Equity Angels

Equity Angels is a social impact organization and entrepreneur support organization (ESO) that aims to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the technology startup ecosystem. It provides accelerator programs, executive placement, and resources for growth, with a focus on proptech and fintech companies led by diverse founders. The organization runs a "Catalyst Program" for pre-seed stage founders, offering advisory services and access to capital networks. It also hosts the "Power Forward" annual tech investment summit to connect investors with startups. The firm was founded in January 2024 by real estate industry veterans Kenya Burrell-VanWormer and Katherine Winston.
