It provides macro and fundamental equity research, sales, and agency trading execution to institutional investors. Evercore ISI was formed in October 2014 after Evercore acquired International Strategy & Investment (ISI) Group. The parent company, Evercore, also provides advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and capital raising, as well as investment management services for high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
