F+ Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Fark Holding, established in 2016 to invest in technologies and business model innovations transforming transportation systems. It focuses on late seed and Series A investments in startups within the smart mobility ecosystem, including logistics, mobility, vehicle sharing, smart vehicles, and related information technologies like IoT and Big Data. As a CVC, it provides startups with smart capital, technical assistance, and access to Fark Holding's global network in the automotive sector to help with customer acquisition and international business development.
