Finadvice

Finadvice is an independent consultancy firm founded in 1998 in Switzerland, with a primary focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advisory for the European utility and energy sectors. The firm provides services such as valuations, profitability calculations, and management consulting to utility companies, technology companies, and institutional investors. While its main business is advisory, it also participates in investments through associated entities, such as "Finadvice Med HOLDINGS", which was a new investor in Isar Aerospace's Series C extension in 2024. In that same transaction, the parent Finadvice entity also acted as a financial adviser to Isar Aerospace.
