Fintonia Group is a Singapore-based financial technology group established in 2014, with a focus on digital assets and alternative investments. It began as a venture-focused firm and expanded into digital assets in 2021, launching two institutional-grade Bitcoin funds. The firm provides funds management, wealth management, and merchant banking solutions for institutional and accredited investors. Fintonia holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and a provisional virtual asset license from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).
