Fleur Capital is a fund management company based in Singapore, established in 2007 and founded by Yap Chee Wee. The firm holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license for fund management from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. It has a track record of managing nearly $1 billion in assets over its history, having formed more than 20 funds. Currently, the company manages several Variable Capital Companies (VCCs) with diverse strategies, including private debt, listed equities, AI, renewable energy, and film financing. One of its funds, Tara Capital VCC, curates a portfolio of global and regional PE funds for family offices.
