Flipkart Leap
Overview
Flipkart Leap is the startup accelerator program of Indian e-commerce company Flipkart, launched in August 2020. Initially, it provided an equity-free grant of $25,000 to its first cohort of startups. The program has since evolved into two distinct arms: Flipkart Leap Ahead (FLA) and Flipkart Leap Innovation Network (FLIN). Flipkart Leap Ahead (FLA) focuses on equity-based investments in early-stage startups (Seed to Series A), with check sizes ranging from $200,000 to $500,000. These investments are made through Flipkart Ventures, Flipkart's $100 million venture fund. The Flipkart Leap Innovation Network (FLIN) is designed for more mature startups to engage in commercial partnerships and pilot projects with Flipkart.
