Fondazione Cariplo

Fondazione Cariplo is a philanthropic foundation of banking origin established in 1991. It pursues social good and promotes economic development by supporting projects in arts and culture, environment, scientific research, and social services. The foundation is also a significant investor, engaging in socially responsible investing (SRI) to manage its endowment. Its investment activities include direct impact investments, seed and venture capital, private equity, and serving as a limited partner in other funds. A significant portion of its impact investing is carried out through its strategic and operational arm, Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell'Amore (FSVGDA).
