Freiraum Ventures is a venture capital firm based in Munich, Germany, that focuses on early-stage, pre-seed, and seed investments. The firm is closely associated with the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE), the entrepreneurship center of the Munich University of Applied Sciences, which serves as its home base. Freiraum Ventures backs startups across various industries, providing capital, coaching, and access to the entire SCE infrastructure, with the aim of being the first institutional investor in a company. The fund is backed by Prof. Dr. Falk F. Strascheg, a veteran German venture capitalist.
