Overview
G+D Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of the Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) Group. It is a theme-driven, financially-oriented VC that focuses on early-stage (Seed to Series A/B) European companies in the "TrustTech" sector. This includes technologies that promote and protect trust in digital ecosystems, such as cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, identity, and regulatory and ethical technologies. It was established in 2018 and is backed by both the G+D Group and the European Investment Bank (EIB), with a €50 million co-investment vehicle dedicated to its focus area.
