Groupe Labruyere is a French single-family office that has been operating for four generations. The group's activities are diversified into four main business lines: wine estates, commercial real estate, private equity, and hospitality. Its private equity investments are managed through its subsidiary, LDI (Labruyère Développement & Industrie), which was established in 2017. LDI invests the family's proprietary capital into small and medium-sized enterprises with revenues between €10 million and €100 million, targeting both complex turnaround situations as a majority shareholder and club deals in more mature companies as a minority investor.
