Hard2beat is a Polish venture capital fund founded in 2024 that focuses on investing in early-stage (pre-seed and seed) deep-tech startups with a clear, defensible technological advantage. The firm's key investment areas include medtech, cybersecurity, dual-use technologies, spacetech, AI, and IoT. The fund, managed by Maciej Zawadziński, Konrad Trzyna, and Maciej Frankowicz, was launched with backing from PFR Ventures and 30 private investors. It plans to invest in over 20 companies, with initial checks ranging from 1 to 3 million PLN and total investment per company potentially reaching up to 8 million PLN.
