Hivos

Hivos is an international development organization founded in 1968 and guided by humanist values. It works with partners in Africa, Asia, and Latin America to achieve just, inclusive, and life-sustaining societies. Hivos acts as an impact investor through various funds it has established, such as the Hivos-Triodos Fund and funds managed by Hivos Impact Ventures, which focus on sectors like sustainable food, renewable energy, and creative industries. These funds aim to create social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. The investments in Ecozen Solutions and SunCulture were made via the Hivos-Triodos Fund.
