A non-profit global foundation, privately funded by the Stefan Persson family (founders and main owners of H&M Group), that aims to drive long-lasting positive change for people and the planet. It is a separate legal entity from the H&M Group and works to accelerate the realization of the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 by co-creating, funding, and sharing solutions. Its primary focus areas are making the textile industry planet-positive and accelerating development for inclusive societies. The foundation provides funding through grants and programs like the Global Change Award and does not take equity or intellectual property rights in the innovations it supports.
