Hongyu Capital is a venture capital firm that participated in the angel funding round of Carmery New Materials, a developer of carbon-based materials for energy storage solutions. There is also a registered private equity and venture capital fund manager in China named Hainan Hongyu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (海南泓裕私募基金管理有限公司), which was established in 2021 and registered with the Asset Management Association of China in 2022. It is unclear if this is the same entity, as the Chinese characters in the names are different.
