Home Technology Ventures is a venture capital firm founded in 2019. It focuses on seed-stage and early-stage investments in companies transforming the housing and home industries. The firm's areas of interest include construction technology, marketplaces, software, financial technology, alternative materials, and tech-enabled services. HTV aims to support founders addressing challenges in housing, such as increasing the housing supply, reducing environmental impact, improving attainability, and simplifying homeownership. The firm was spun out of the venture capital arm of Lowe's in 2019.
