Région Île-de-France

Région Île-de-France is the regional council for the Île-de-France region, the most populous administrative region of France centered around Paris. As a public administrative body, it is not a traditional investment firm but is heavily involved in economic development. It provides various forms of financial aid to businesses and startups, such as grants, subsidies, and zero-interest loans through programs like 'Innov'up'. The region has also initiated and sponsored separate, dedicated investment vehicles, including the Paris Region Venture Fund for venture capital and Île-de-France Investissements & Territoires for real estate and infrastructure projects.
