Indiana Economic Development Corp.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) is the state of Indiana's lead economic development agency, organized as a public-private partnership. It is charged with growing the state economy by helping businesses launch, grow, and locate in Indiana. The IEDC manages various initiatives, including performance-based tax credits, workforce training grants, innovation and entrepreneurship resources, and public infrastructure assistance. While its primary role is economic development through incentives and support, it also engages in investment activities through venture capital partners and loan programs.
