Independent Insurance Agents

The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA), also known as the Big “I”, is a national trade association that strives to provide independent insurance agents and brokers with a competitive advantage in the insurance marketplace. The organization equips members with tools, resources, advocacy, and support to maintain excellence in business and customer service. It represents about 250,000 independent brokerage firms and independent insurance agents. IIABA is composed of a national association, along with 51 independent state associations and local chapters. Independent insurance agencies who join become members of the state and national associations and also obtain membership into Trusted Choice, IIABA's consumer-facing arm.
