Indiabulls Group

Indiabulls Group is an Indian conglomerate founded in 2000. It started as a stockbroking firm and expanded into a diversified group with interests in financial services (housing finance, consumer lending), real estate, and other sectors like LED lighting and equipment leasing. Over the years, the group has demerged and restructured several of its businesses. In 2014, the group's businesses were split between its original promoters. Recently, the group has undergone significant transformation, with its founder Sameer Gehlaut exiting and its flagship companies, Indiabulls Housing Finance and Indiabulls Real Estate, being rebranded to Sammaan Capital and Equinox India Developments, respectively, in 2024.
