Kachuwa Impact Fund

Kachuwa Impact Fund is an investment cooperative and public benefit corporation based in Colorado. It operates as an open-ended, "evergreen" fund. Its primary business is owning and operating private “impact real estate” (at least 60% of assets), and its secondary activity is investing in privately held “impact companies” through debt and equity (up to 40% of assets). The fund is also an LP in other impact funds.
