Overview
Tech Incubator Program for Startups (TIPS) is a South Korean government-led public-private partnership program managed by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) that identifies and nurtures promising technology startups. Designated private operators, such as accelerators and venture capitalists, select and invest in startups, with the government providing matching funds for R&D and commercialization.
