Lundbeckfonden BioCapital

Lundbeckfonden BioCapital is the venture capital arm of the Lundbeck Foundation. It operates as an evergreen fund that invests in life science companies, primarily those based in Denmark, to support the translation and commercialization of new scientific research. It was formed by combining the foundation's previous investment units, Lundbeckfonden Ventures and Lundbeckfonden Emerge. The fund invests across all therapeutic areas and stages of development. Lundbeckfonden Emerge, its predecessor, was the foundation's early-stage, evergreen investment unit focused on building and financing biotech companies based on Danish research.
