Overview
Malabar Angel Network (MAN) is an angel investment facilitation platform and a business division of the Malabar Entrepreneurship Innovation Zone (Mizone), a non-profit company. It was launched in October 2018 to foster the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Malabar region of North Kerala by providing early-stage funding, mentorship, and support to startups. The network focuses on technology-enabled startups that can create local employment and social impact, and is sector-agnostic. MAN has over 50 members, including experienced professionals and entrepreneurs, and frequently co-invests with other prominent angel networks like the Indian Angel Network (IAN).
