MATWIN

MATWIN is a French open-innovation platform and accelerator program, operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Unicancer group. It is exclusively dedicated to supporting innovation in oncology by assisting scientists and entrepreneurs in developing their projects. The program aims to increase the industrial attractiveness of early-stage academic projects and startups to foster collaborations with pharmaceutical companies and secure investments. MATWIN provides support through expertise, coaching, mentoring, and access to a network of partners. While it does not directly invest from its own fund, it facilitates funding opportunities through its network of investors and partners. Since its founding in 2009, it has supported over 300 projects and contributed to the creation of more than 50 startups.
