Meridian Ventures

Meridian Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2023 that specializes in investing in B2B software companies from the Pre-Seed to Series A stages. The firm was started by two Harvard Business School students, Devon Gethers and Karlton Haney. Its investment thesis focuses on backing teams with at least one founder who has or is pursuing an MBA, and its portfolio has a strong inclination towards AI and FinTech. Beyond capital, the firm actively works with its portfolio companies on fundraising, customer growth, and partnerships. Their first institutional fund, which began raising in 2024, has a target of $25 million.
