MGM Innova Group is a private equity and green infrastructure investment group focused on impact investments in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy in Latin America and the Caribbean. The MGM Innova Capital team manages two impact funds with a focus on energy efficiency (65%) and small-scale renewable energy (35%), and invested in, among others, by major multilateral development banks. The Fund's investments support the creation of jobs for SMEs, lower energy consumption, and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
